Questions
Is 30 minutes real?
Orders pack from a neighborhood dark store, not a supermarket picker. Radius still needs confirming for your block.
Do I have to buy a whole bag?
No. Shop singles if you only need toothpaste. The Weeknight Restock is for when the fridge is empty.
What if you miss the window?
If we miss 30 minutes, reply to your receipt and we refund the order.
What is Rush Pass?
Nine dollars and ninety-nine cents a month if you restock more than once a week.
